PEERS Navigation
Our PEERS Navigation Program connects formerly incarcerated individuals with trained peer navigators who share lived experience and authentic understanding. Through relationship-based support, not case management, we focus on strengths, dreams, and mutual healing. Each participant receives personalized guidance, encouragement, and practical help to navigate reentry, build leadership skills, and foster lasting community integration. At ABW, we believe transformation happens through partnership, this is “Reentry Through Relationship.”
Supportive Housing
Our Supportive Housing Program helps formerly incarcerated individuals secure safe, stable homes by building trusted relationships with local landlords and community partners. We provide housing assistance, advocacy, and peer support to navigate barriers to both rental and ownership opportunities. Through authentic connection and ongoing guidance, we help participants find—and keep—housing that supports their long-term stability and growth. At ABW, we believe housing is possible for all through partnership, trust, and “Reentry Through Relationship.”
Workforce Development
Our Workforce Development Program empowers formerly incarcerated individuals to build meaningful careers through paid internships, job readiness training, and real-world employment in our social enterprises. We partner with local businesses to create supportive work environments and open doors to new opportunities. With peer guidance, skills development, and ongoing encouragement, participants gain confidence, stability, and leadership experience. We believe work is a pathway to transformation and community connection—which is “Reentry Through Relationship.”
Community Health Workers
Our Community Health Worker Program connects formerly incarcerated individuals with peer health navigators who share lived experience and offer trusted support. We help participants access health care, understand their options, and overcome barriers to wellness through personalized guidance and advocacy. Our team provides health education, connects members to providers, and navigates complex systems—ensuring no one faces their health journey alone. At ABW, we believe health and healing are possible through relationship, trust, and “Reentry Through Relationship.”
